Relate, Reflect and Ruminate: Roots
Because sometimes, emotions donβt fit into bullet points and I have a flare for the dramatic.
For those feeling the fragile ebb of existence, where life and death entwine.
Beneath the willowing stumps
Play death emanates
Food for the tree of life
Dual is its nature
Ebbing and flowing
The cornucopia of existence
Shades of life, shades of death
Some with capacities set and a time dictated
Some a momentary shielding from the sun
Always there is a central point
Around which all else revolves
Slowly seeping into the roots of the eternal
But that way we must all trend
Lest we forget the body reminds
In both sickness and in health
